Operations & Excellence
Lucas has been in operations for 30 years, worked as an airline captain, held several airline training and management positions in Switzerland and Germany up to CEO and now works as an aviation expert and consultant.
He is also part of a Swiss racing team and has the racing spirit in his blood from his family and a sound understanding of the various technologies and aerodynamics associated with aeronautical engineering.
